100 things: I am thankful for/that...

I know, I know, this list took me forever. I apologize to those of you who have written your list and waited patiently (heh) for me to finish mine before you posted. I think the reason the list took so long was because many of the things seemed shallow, but that's sorta' the point. So, here goes....
  1. my loving husband with whom I can share the happiest and sadest parts of my life
  2. I had a second chance at a complete family
  3. my wonder in-laws: Debbie, Ron and Nick
  4. my intelligence
  5. my good teeth
  6. my good eyesight
  7. the foot problems I had when I was born weren't permanent
  8. we bought our house when we did - we couldn't afford it now
  9. I have never had to drive (for an extended period of time) a dilapidated vehicle
  10. we have two working vehicles
  11. our three loving kitties that are relatively well behaved
  12. although we own too much junk, we can own too much junk
  13. my mother had the strength and good sense to leave my abusive biological father
  14. we had a wonderful wedding and everything seemed to just fall into place
  15. I don't have any major health issues
  16. I went to Texas A&M (not UT as I had originally wanted) because otherwise I wouldn't have met cjh or my husband
  17. our new dryer
  18. we have a dishwasher (though I really dislike our particular dishwasher)
  19. we can eat out as often as we do - not that we should
  20. air conditioning!
  21. I have not lost any close realtives...yet
  22. the brief time I knew Laura
  23. I have a good college education
  24. I stayed in school to get my master's degree instead of thinking I might go back

Ok, I'm going to add that I re-read mine after reading yours. I didn't change a thing but have listed a few similar items.

Yeah, I know, but without him, I don't know that I would have gotten into grad school, or even thought that I could go to grad school. So I have to be thankful for that.

And I've visited with him recently and despite his quirks, he's pretty wise.
